How do I know A Better Solution employees are qualified?

ANSWER:

Our Caregivers are rigorously screened before hiring. On average only 1 out of 35 applicants make the grade. Once hired, each caregiver must complete an extensive custom training program. This unique process is one of the many reasons ABS has enjoyed such a remarkable reputation. Each employee is required to pass a national Level 2 background screeening. They're insured and licensed as required by law.

Is there a higher rate for nights and weekends?

ANSWER:

No. Our rates do not change for night and weekend hours. Our rates change only for major holidays. This increase is passed along to the Caregiver for the holiday.

When are your services available?

ANSWER:

Our services are available 24 hours per day 7 days per week and 365 days per year. Our services are based on the clients needs from a two hour minimum to twenty four hours a day care.

Where are your services available?

ANSWER:

Although we strive to keep clients in their home, each case is unique and must be assessed. Our caregivers will provide care at home, an Assisted Living facility, a nursing home, hospitals and anywhere else care is needed.
